Clear Beauty Acne Clinic Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable as is ours and each service is scheduled with an allotted amount of time to ensure you get the best treatment possible.
Clear Beauty Acne Clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy to cancel or change/reschedule an appointment. . All appointments require a credit card on file and all new clients or clients that have a history of cancellations and/or no-shows will be charged a 50% deposit. If you fail to notify us the outside the 24 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled, no exceptions.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide the service you scheduled in the remaining time available. Regardless of the time remaining, you will be responsible for the full service price. If you are 20 minutes or more late for your appointment, you will be charged for the service and will have to reschedule.
Product Returns: We will only accept a return of a product within 10 days of the purchase date if unopened and unused. no exceptions.
Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer
Our office is not equipped for the safety of children and therefore, we ask that you please leave the children at home where they are safe.
If a client is under the age of 18, we do require a parent be present for the initial appointment. If you give permission for treatment, we will not require you to be present at future appointments.
We ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you are sick following our cancellation guidelines, although we will take illness into consideration.
